We have reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western Plus (BWP) on Northern Boulevard in Clarks Summit. You must reserve by May 6th. Friday check-in is available but not required.

We will be using the BWP as home base, for its convenience. Transportation will be provided by Kim and Tim to/from venue, using BWP as the pick-up/drop-off location.

We will also be hosting an After Party immediately following the reception at Deacons Tavern in the BWP.

This is a simple hotel that is nicer than what you might typically think for a Best Western. While it is an older building, it has been remodeled in the last two years and under new management.

There are rooms available for Friday and/or Saturday night. Upon request, hotel will allow our guests early check-in on Saturday, starting at 1PM. Please call the day before if you’d like to request early check-in.

Room block information:
- $129.00/night for any standard rooms (1-king or 2-queen)
- Suites may also be available upon request.

You will see Wilson/Bird Wedding listed on the left-hand side of the page for each room rate. If you prefer to call for your reservation, you will need to mention that you are a guest of the Wilson/Bird Wedding .

If youd like an alternative option, there is a Hampton Inn a few hundred feet away at 890 Northern Boulevard, a Spark by Hilton across Northern Boulevard, and plenty of other hotel options in nearby Scranton or Dickson City.

The Hampton Inn is only a few hundred feet away from the Best Western Plus, where the shuttle pick-up/drop-off will be, along with the After-Party in Deacons Tavern. It is a pet friendly hotel for those who may need that option.

This hotel could not guarantee a room block and, even if so, the rate would be the same as their standard rate. Guests are still welcome to book.
