Both! The ceremony will be outdoors and much of the reception and dancing will be in areas that are fully covered but open air and view to the outside - the best of both worlds!

Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire is not as fancy as Formal/Black Tie but dressier than Casual/Informal. Good examples of Cocktail/Semi-Formal attire include a cocktail dress or formal summer dress, a suit and tie, or a sport coat, collared shirt and dress pants.

There are many children in our lives and almost all of our guests are parents, with children that span all ages. It's a very big circle and we love them all! On our wedding day, we want to ensure that all of our guests are able to truly relax. We want parents to enjoy their time without having to worry about parental duties. We know first-hand how important those opportunities are as well! The children in attendance is limited to our own children, nieces and nephews. Beyond that, we just simply cannot start inviting one and not all. So, consider this your excuse to let loose for an awesome date night!

Yes, there is a room block reserved at the Best Western Plus in Clark Summit. We are also trying to schedule a block at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Clark Summit as well. See the Travel section for more information.

Shuttle services are being provided by Tim and Kim, to and from the venue. The pick-up and drop-off will be at the Best Western Plus (BWP) on Northern Boulevard in Clarks Summit.

You are welcome and encouraged to ride the shuttle, even if you are not staying at the hotel. The venue is a very short distance from the hotel but it is a dark, winding road at night and there is often police presence along the route. There have been known DUI's to occur in the 5 minute drive. Uber and Lyft will make direct pick-ups at Stone Meadow Gardens as well as the BWP, but we are hoping that you will return to the BWP anyway to join us for our After-Party in Deacon's Tavern. BWP is allowing all guests who want to use the shuttle but are not staying at the hotel, to park theirs cars behind the hotel in the upper lot (enter behind Tully's).

You're welcome to use the shuttle however you wish! If there are more people that decide to use the shuttle at the end of the night, that's more than ok. The shuttle will make as many trips back and forth as necessary to ensure that anyone who wants a ride to the hotel, has one.
